Location and Facilities

The Yoga Loft is within walking distance from the city centre and has free parking available outside the building or on the street or in the area behind the studio.

We provide mats and props but we also recommend bringing your own if you have them.

 

Our reception is located downstairs so we ask all students to check in here first. We have two spacious yoga rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We have changing rooms, toilet and shower.  We also have two smaller therapy rooms where we provide a range of therapies from Cranial Osteopathy and BodyTalk to remedial massage and Reiki. All rooms are available to rents for daily rates or weekend workshops.

Directions

Coming from the city; Drive down Albert Quay past the Sextant bar. At the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Blackrock, then take the immediate left after the Topaz filling station (behind SALT restaurant) and look for the signs on the right.
